We wash the surface down, scrape and sand what is failing, replace rotted trim, re-caulk the joints, and prime bare spots before we spray and back-roll. We walk the whole exterior, flag the failing areas, and price it in writing.
Wash & Repair
Pressure wash, scrape, sand, replace rotted trim, and re-caulk every joint.
Prime & Paint
Spot-prime the repairs, then spray and back-roll two coats of exterior-grade paint.
Final Walk
We walk the property with you, touch up, and haul off every bit of masking.
